Our story

From kitchen to pantry

Based in Kerala, building snacks, pickles, and spices the slow way — real recipes, careful packing, each collection with its own name on the pack. For tables here and family abroad.

Why we exist

Real Kerala food within reach

We are based in Kerala, making snacks, pickles, and spices the way we cook at home — no shortcuts, no mystery ingredients. Banana chips, mixture, mango pickle: the things we reach for without thinking.

We are building brands around that rhythm — each with its own identity, all under Kerala Flavour Hub. Whether you shop locally or send a box to someone far away, you should know what you are getting.

The hub model

One home. Many flavours.

Every collection we launch carries its own name on the pack — snacks, pickles, or spices, each treated like a brand in its own right. Kerala Flavour Hub is where they meet: one site, one way of working, built in Kerala for tables here and boxes sent abroad.

  • Identity on every pack

Each collection launches with its own name under Kerala Flavour Hub.

  • One place to find them

Kerala Flavour Hub is the trust layer — who we are, how we work, and where you shop.

  • Built for here and abroad

Recipes and packing that work for local tables and gifts to family overseas.

Founders

Good food starts at the table. We begin with recipes we serve at home, then shape batches and packing around them. Kerala Flavour Hub brings those collections together in one place.

How we work

Recipes first. Everything else follows.

We start in the kitchen. Sourcing, cooking, and packing decisions all serve one question: would we serve this at our own table?

  • Vibrant chili and spice powders with whole dried chilies.

    Source with care

Ingredients chosen for flavour and provenance — the way a family kitchen would, not a commodity list.

  • Golden fried Kerala snacks in a bowl with lemon.

    Cook like home

Recipes respected without shortcuts — batches sized for quality, not just scale.

  • Whole spices in metal bowls at a Kerala market stall.

    Pack to travel

Careful packing so snacks stay crisp and pickles stay safe — whether the table is in Kerala or overseas.

  • Pickles preserved in glass jars.

    Pickles

Traditional achaar and preserves — cured the old way, for tables here and abroad.

  • Assorted whole and ground spices in glass jars on a wooden surface.
